~The Surrey Room~
(maximum occupancy 2 guests)
The Surrey Room is decorated with a quaint country flair. Lovely paintings by Betty Kramer-Vydra, Jeannie's mother, and local artist, can be seen throughout the entire Inn, but this room houses a painting of purple delphiniums, the perfect touch to the sage green, lavendar, and oak trimmed room. The antique pencil post queensize bed is draped with an exquisite hand-crocheted coverlet made by a very dear friend of the Innkeepers. The room is decorated with many antiques handed down from family, and also given to her from friends along the way. The presence of a clawfoot bathtub in the private bath is also a popular spot for those folks who enjoy a nice soak after a long day of hiking through the country.
